Probiotics are necessary bacteria to maintain a healthy digestive system. Eating at least 2 times/week 1 cup of yogurt will keep your digestive tract clean and healthy and this will affect positively the digestion process: less bloating and gas.
Probiotics are known to boost the immune system and this will certainly shorten the length of sickness. This is good.
