Certainly this is not easy and nobody’s know how the treatment will affect your body, but you should listen well to him! He knows better…

Listen to your body: do whatever he wants, to eat or not to eat, to cook or to order ready food, it’s his choice!

  • Boost your immunity: Choose the food that will power you up and make you stronger as vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables; add them to your meals…

e.g: Add 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice to your breakfast.

  • Spice up your diet: Learn to add more spices to your food, spices are awesome and have many health benefits that you’re in need…

e.g: Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper to your hot tea.

  • Avoid bad habits: Try not to put your body in crisis then your mind will be too! Quit some of your bad habits as smoking, drinking alcohol, binging on junk food, laziness…

e.g: Alcohol in moderation is amazing! You can enjoy 1 glass of red wine on dinner more often…

  • Move: Do something you love, don’t take it seriously but enjoy it! Subscribe to a dance class, yoga class anything you like, it will change your mood and decrease your free time.

e.g: Be organised! Plan your week ahead: workout, go shopping, go out with your friends, read, cook, love… 

And finally you should well remember that giving up is not an option.
