There’s nothing more beneficial than enjoying fruits of the season! This simple fruit salad is loaded with antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids, you’d be surprised!
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 medium size orange
- 1/2 medium size red apple
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of pomegranate syrup
- Put all the fruits into a bowl: sliced and unpeeled.
- Add the pomegranate syrup and mix it with the fruits.
- Add the chia seeds on top.
