There’s nothing more beneficial than enjoying fruits of the season! This simple fruit salad is loaded with antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids, you’d be surprised!

You need:

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 medium size orange
  • 1/2 medium size red apple
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pomegranate syrup

How to? 

  • Put all the fruits into a bowl: sliced and unpeeled.
  • Add the pomegranate syrup and mix it with the fruits.
  • Add the chia seeds on top.
