The following recipes are made for 1 toast only.

  • Feta and avocado toast:

30g of feta cheese

1/2 an avocado: sliced

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Sprinkle of thym

  • Halloumi and sun dried tomatoes

3 thin slices of grilled halloumi cheese

4 slices of dried tomatoes



  • Cream cheese and berries:

1 tablespoon of light cream cheese

1/2 cup of berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries…

1 teaspoon of honey


  • Goat cheese and fig jam

1 tablespoon of goat cheese

1 tablespoon of organic fig jam

2 dried figs

4 walnuts halves


  • Peanut butter and chia seeds

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1/2 a banana

Sprinkle of chia seeds


  • Eggs and avocado spread

2 tablespoons of avocado

1 whole egg (boiled or fried with a spray canola oil)

2 slices of sun dried tomatoes


  • Cocoa butter and strawberry

1 tablespoon of cocoa butter

1/2 cup of strawberry

Sprinkle of dried coconut
