As I said before: Chia Seeds are super food, so why not to include them in our desserts?
Here’s an energy boosting and mouthwatering dessert with chia seeds.
Chia Seeds Chocolate Pudding:
150ml of almond milk or coconut milk
4 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of raw cacao
Pinch of sea salt
- How to do it?
As usual my recipes are very easy, so all you have to do is to mix everything together in a bowl, leave it for 10 – 15 mins.
Now your chia seeds are almost like a gel, mix the bowl content again then divide it into 3 portions (3 small bowls).
Refrigerate for 3 hours so you can after it enjoy your healthy refreshing dessert.
P.S: Before eating, you can sprinkle some desiccated coconut on top for more sweetness.
